Jo-Nelle is Antiguan born Clinical Psychologist.
She is guided by the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an evidence-based therapeutic
strategy that has been proven effective in changing thoughts and behaviour.
Your therapy session is unique to you as such, she uses various techniques
to personalize your therapeutic experience. She offers online and in-person
sessions.
As a master’s trained psychologist, Jo-Nelle has attended the following
universities: The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados
and Mona Campus, Jamaica, and the University of Southampton, England.
Her areas of studies included: Clinical Psychology, Business Management,
Loss, Grief, and Trauma Management. She is also a Commonwealth Shared
Scholar. Jo-Nelle is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society,
an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association, and a
member of Psi Chi.
Jo-Nelle works with a diverse population and specializes in treating adults.
She has spent the last 10 years treating clients with employment related
losses, sexual trauma, unresolved family conflict to include co-parenting,
children with behavioural difficulties, mood disorders, personality disorder,
